Morgan Elizabeth Woolard (born 1989) is a model and beauty queen from Moore, Oklahoma who was crowned Miss Oklahoma USA 2010. She was also Miss Oklahoma Teen USA 2006. She was named first runner-up at the Miss USA 2010 pageant. She was also a Top 10 Finalist in the Miss Earth United States 2009 pageant.


Woolard attended Christian Heritage Academy in Del City, Oklahoma. She briefly attended Lindenwood University on the scholarship provided when she won the Miss Oklahoma Teen USA title, and is now a junior at Oklahoma State University–Stillwater where she is majoring in broadcasting. She played volleyball for Lindenwood. She is no longer dating University of Oklahoma basketball star Cade Davis.

MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA 2010 Elena LaQuatra is the 5’8”, brown-eyed, 17 year-old daughter of Paul and Effie LaQuatra of Mt. Lebanon. She attends Mt. Lebanon High School where she a member of the Percussion Ensemble as well as the choreographer of the dance company. Elena is a writer for Gladys Magazine and a spokesperson for The DePaul School for Hearing and Speech and Cochlear Corporation. She describes herself as responsible, giving, and charismatic. Elena’s hobbies include dancing, modeling, biking, and designing clothes.

The balance of the “Top 5” were: First Runner-up, Nicolette Ventura of New Castle; Second Runner-up, Julia Pauline of Conshohocken; Third Runner-up, Emily Adamski of Erie; and Fourth Runner-up, Mackenzie Victoria Bart of Brockway.

 
The Semi-finalists were: Emily Slawek, Kelsey Leigh Landy, Megan Fulmer, Stephanie Scarci, Kaly Farabee, Aimee Trabold, Shannan Butler, Stephanie Lott, Kelly Staub, and Elle Eutsey. Emily Slawek of Conshohocken was named Miss Photogenic, and Emily Adamski of Erie was voted Miss Congeniality.

Gina Cerilli is the 5’8” brown-eyed, 23 year-old daughter of Greg and Lorraine Cerilli of Greensburg. Her hobbies include traveling, scrapbooking, and watching football. Gina’s activities include instructing at the Barbizon School of Modeling, volunteering at her local nursing home, and working as a certified personal trainer. She describes herself as blessed, persistent, and outgoing. Her career ambition is to continue working in the Public Relations field while continuing her education towards a Doctorate degree to become a college professor.

The balance of the“Top 5” were: First Runner-up, Sheena Monnin of Pittsburgh; Second Runner-up, Miranda Brewer of Douglassville; Third Runner-up, Amber-Joi Watkins of Philadelphia; and Fourth Runner-up, Alycia McCullough of Cochranton.


The Semi-finalists were: Tammie Kennedy, Valerie Compeggie, Maria Elizabeth Hanson, Farrah Ann Peavy, Dessie Lyn Mitchenson, Amanda Jupena, Evaggelia Zervos, Sarah Otey, Abigail Ratchford, and Diana Klein. Amber-Joi Watkins of Philadelphia was also named Miss Photogenic and Emerrald Autumn Hutchinson of Philadelphia was voted Miss Congeniality.

Crowned by Lindsey Nelsen, MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA 2009, Gina represented Pennsylvania and was a semi-finalist at the MISS USA Pageant, which was held April 18, 2010 and broadcast live on NBC from the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
